call routing

Hi,

id woul'd make a call routing like that.

first aa, then a hunt group

in my aa i juste want a greeting message, like "welcome in xxx please stay on line we trying to connect you"

I doesn't want any multiple choice like "for xx press 1..."

Can you give me the process in order to do that.

Dear Sir;

I would suggest you check the /docs/DOC-9848, from page 129. It explains well the AA syntax, you should be able to create (and then test) the syntax that enables you to do it.

As soon as you have a draft, I suggest you make it public here, so that others can comment and possibly benefit of this work.
