3rd party management software on UCCE

Hey there,

Does anybody know what Cisco's view is with 3rd party software being installed on servers that runs cisco unified contact centre enterprise?

We have a client that wants to install CA NSM client on all of the contact centre servers.

The Bill of Materials will show all third party supported software. We have always said that if there is an issue, you will need to disable all custom processes before TAC will support the server.
