IP Phones 524SG - PC port is dead?

Hi everyone!

We received a number of new CP-524SG phones with PC port, but this port on all phones are seems to be dead, or inactive...

Computer that is connected to this port saying that there is no connection, so problem is on L1.

Does anybody know, must it be activated, or smthng else?

Phones itself are working correctly.

We buyed 524SG especially for PC port, and it does not work...

I'm totally confused...

We have UC520-24 with 12.4(20)T2, and phones are 8.1.7 firmware version.

I have this problem too.

Not sure UC520 but on CM you can enable/disable PC port on the phone, so I assume you have to check it on your system.

I know about this and tried to find in documentation but failed.
