Hi,
I have a H.323 gateway to connect the internal network to PSTN.
In the other hand, I have implemented Cisco Unity Connection Handler to process input digit during greetings. Evry works fine Inside ( Internal Phone) But when I call from Outside, all the entered digits are not processed at all.
Is there any config to do on the H.323 gateway ( for DTMF for exemple )
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
I have a similar setup to you and it works for external calls.
Make sure you have the following line of config for DTMF on the voip dial-peers:
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
If this doesn't work - please post your config so we can look through it.
Regards
Dave

I am having a similar problem. Have an IVR setup in Unity Connection.
If i call in from my mobile number input works fine but if i call in from my landline it doesn't work at all.
I have dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric on the incoming voip dialpeer. Dial-peer below:
dial-peer voice 2 voip
preference 1
destination-pattern 6...
modem passthrough nse codec g711ulaw
voice-class codec 1
voice-class h323 2
session target ipv4:X.X.X.X
incoming called-number .
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
fax rate disable
ip qos dscp cs5 media
Am i missing anything else?
Thanks

I should also add that both mobile & landline calls are coming in the same gateway & hitting the same dialpeers
