Could you please give me information(documentation) about SPA2102's modem communication support?

Dear Sir;
SPA2102 needs to be configured for full passthrough in order to support modem communications (low speed) similar to Fax passthrough configuration.
I suggest you look at the following entry

Configure as said (with exception of the T.38 fields).
