CUE: Forward with optional recording error

When we use the option to forward with optional recording for a VM in CUE 7 an error occurs. The sending is going allright but when listening to the VM with the additional recording the IP Phone disconnects from CUE 7 without any further notice. When a vm is forwarded to another voicemailbox (without an optional recording) there is nog problem.

Are you using MGCP gateway? This may occur when MGCP is being used and a caller is leaving a voice message. The Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP) gateway initiates a disconnect after a period of silence in one direction, such as when the mute button is pressed, or when a voicemail message is being left.

So try to configure no mgcp timer receive-rtcp
