New to Cisco Unified communications -- question about directory feature

Hi there,

I'd like to be able to have my users use the 'Directory' feature on their phone to be able to look up contacts in Salesforce. Is there a way to do this, or something similar?

The directory feature is a XML portal. You may host a customized XML on your own server and change the Directory URL on CUCM Enterprise parameters.

You might want to subscribe to developer support if you don't know how to build your XML.
