Why does CCA always show the same information for my CLI postview?
In SDM, it shows the actual CLI commands. Is this possible with CCA?

In CCA...
System -> Preferences -> Advanced
Can you make sure that Enable CLI postview of IOS voice features is checked?

Yes it is.

CCA 2.0? What are you changing when nothing shows up?
07-01-2009 08:37 AM
Yes CCA 2.0. I've been working on BACD configuration. Does that not have any CLI code to show?

Brian,
Please unicast Tomoo Esaka at tesaka@cisco.com for CCA 2.0.1. You will not be happy with CCA 2.0 in this regard. CCA 2.0.1 will address all the issues I am afraid you may find, part of which is associated with the version of TCL scripts. You need 3.0.0.2. CCA 2.0.1 will take care of that for you.....

Hello,
I have installed the latest version of CCA; 2.0.1. However it has still not resolved my issue with the CLI postview. Please advise.
Thanks.

Brian,
Please verify that the following CLI is on your system:
archive
log config
hidekeys
Let us know if this fixes the problem. Thanks,
Marcos

Is this happening with BACD only? Or all COnfigurations?
Thanks,
Steve

This is happening with all configurations.

Brian, under "archive" can you do "logging enable"?
Thanks,
Marcos
