Hello Cisco Community!
This is my first post here, and I have a couple questions.
1. Is SIP trunking through Voxitas supported/verified by Cisco, if Yes, can someone please provide me with a sample configuration.
2. I have been reading "Not so Good" stuff about the 524SG phones, and issues with Volume/Audio quality. I have a pretty big roll-out I have quoted with CP524SGs and am very apprehensive!
Can you please help me move in the right direction.
Nice to hear from you. In case that you actually run into volume issues with the CP-500 phones, a workaround is discussed here.

On the CP-524 phone question - make sure you are on load 8.1.13 as significant enhancements were made to the audio quality in this load.
