Unity 7.x MWI issue for a select numbers of phones

Hi,

So we just recently did some exchange upgrades to get all of our exchange servers patched to rollup 7. Since we failed back over to the primary exchange server I have 4 phones that won't light MWI even with resynch. When I run UTIM I get these messages in Event Viewer:

An attempt to create a search-result folder for account cn=mduffy2,cn=Recipients,ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),o=First Organization has failed. The MAPI subsystem returned the following error: 80040115.

This is typically an indication of configuration issues with Unity, Exchange, or the MAPI subsystem.

Any clue why this would only happen to four users, or how to resolve? (myself included : )

I have this problem too.

I had this issue and I stopped/restarted the AvNotifierMgr service and then resynced UTIM

That seemed to work really well.  Any idea what the cause of errors is though, and why restarting that service makes them go away??
