Cisco ip phone 7945 transfer issue

When transferring a call from Phone A to Phone B, the system drops the call directly into Phone B's voice mail before 'transfer' is even hit for the second time.

'Call forward all' is off on the Phone B.

Has anyone experienced this issue, and what was the solution.

do u have xfer directly to vm configured?

it may be simple but we need someone taking a look at config at traces

please open a tac case

or upload ccm detailed traces

include calling called and timestamps
