I've checked interface config guide for IOS XR 3.7

that is here

change partner in customer if the link doesn't work for you

there is no mention of media type I wonder if :

a) it is auto-sense and uses the one with link

or

b) this specific SPA is not supported in IOS XR

it says

Release 3.4.1

Support was added on the Cisco XR 12000 Series Router for the 2-Port Gigabit Ethernet SPA.

so it should be supported
