I am facing an issue on PRI lines. We are using extension mobility. All the users have DID. When the user is logged on the phone, the call is reaching the user. But when the user is not logged on the phone the call gets diverted to an external number. There is no callforward is activated on this extension.
I will give one example. One of my extension is 1731. the call is diverted to 173(this is an external hotline number) when this extension is not logged on the phone.
