Hi all,
I am facing an issue on PRI lines. We are using extension mobility. All the users have DID. When the user is logged on the phone, the call is reaching the user. But when the user is not logged on the phone the call gets diverted to an external number. There is no callforward is activated on this extension.
I will give one example. One of my extension is 1731. the call is diverted to 173(this is an external hotline number) when this extension is not logged on the phone.
I am using CUCM6.1.1.3000-2
Please advice.

it is normal , because there are same numbers in outside.
you can solve this issue by:
put prefix to the hotline number or you can forward the internal number when no answer to any internal number you have.
Forward No Answer Internal: XXXX (Oper)

But is there any permenant solution for this?
If the user is not logged on the phone the gateway should send a proper message to the carrier, something like that...

do you have unity ?
if you have it you can send any meesage you want.
but i prefer to use Forward No Answer Internal :
