UCM/UCCE documentation tool

Anybody know if Cisco will provide a documentation tool for the call center?

You can buy third party apps for UCM and there's one Cisco has. Wondering if the one Cisco has is avalible for those of us who document thousand or more seat callcenters.

I know not.

I find that a combination of the Bulk Edit tool (export to tab separated file then open in Excel), custom SQL queries to show the relationships (call types - dialed numbers, skill group members) then screen shots of pertinent scripts, and hand made Excel documents to show call type transitions etc. provides a reasonable "as built" set of documents.
