Cannot Reset Phones Anymore

I used to be able to hit Reset in the Unified CM Admin Console and have the phones restart. That does not work anymore and I have to manually unplug and replug the phones to get them to reset. Is there anything I can do to get the Reset function working again?

You don't mention what version of CM you're on, but CSCso93220 is a popular problem on early CM 6.1 and 7.0.
