Problems with JPM2194A

Hi people

We have using a patch panel black box JPM2194A, with 8 FXS + 4 BRI (EVM-HD-8FXS/DID with EM-4BRI-NT/TE)

The 8 FXS is workss fine.

But the 4 BRI......NO.

All BRI ports with Polycom connected with appropriate cable are down, down(not connected).

Is there any jumping on BlackBox?

Which gateway are you using? The BRI ports need BRI cross over cable to connect to conventional user side devices
