Resources are selectied only in RR manner

Hi,

UCCX 5.0(2). I have 1 (one) CSQ with 2 (two) agents in there.

- Resource Pool Selection Model for my CSQ is "Resource Group"

- Resource Selection Criteria is "Linear"

- there are 2 (two) resource listed: Agent_1 (top-most), Agent_2 (the second one) (particullary in this order)

- application associated with CSQ uses Resource Select step which also works with CSQ

If I make consequtive (not parallel !) calls to this app distribution occured only in round-robin manner:

{

1st call: Agent_1 is selected

2nd call: Agent_2 is selected

3rd call: Agent_1 is selected

4th call: Agent_2 is selected

5th call: Agent_1 is selected

...

}

It happens despite of Agent_1 readiness (in terms of CAD) per test incoming call.

What can be the reason ?

Might it be I need to restart something after updating Resource Selection Criteria for CSQ ?

I think no need to restart.

Go to the Resources link under Subsystems > RmCm, which enables the RmCm subsystem to synchronize the agents

It's strange, you know.

I've removed primary & ipcc extensions from specific user.

But this user still remains in 'Subsystem | RmCm | Resources' page.

Resync (Jtapi & Data) didn't help.

What is the way of removing this obsolete user/agent ?
