Auto-attendant on unity connection 7

Hi,

I would like some guidance on how the auto-attendant is set up on cucm-be 7 with unity connection 7. I read some where that cti route points are needed but can someone explain what exactly i need to configure. For instance the css, device pool etc when a cti rp is created. i created one and i unable to hear the aa when i dial the extension. i want to be ablt to test the aa message i have created. Please guide me.

Hi Rohini,

The CTI-RP should have the VMRestrictedCSS css if your setup is done per the config guides. Also, make sure the Call Forward All for the CTI-RP is set to the VM Pilot number.
