Solved: Can't log in to ccmuser page in CUCM 6.1(3) - Cisco Community

I recently setup a new CUCM 6.1(3) cluster and added phones and user accounts. When I try to access the ccmuser page, I get a password incorrect error even though I know the username and password are correct. Anyone have any ideas what I might be missing? Is the a parameter somewhere I've forgotten to set?

Hi,

Did you add your users to the Standard CCM End Users Group?

We have some passwords policy now for ccmusers

Are you using LDAP Integration?

Which error you get?

Try to restart Tomcat service from console access

Interesting, now I don't get any error at all. Now I just get the ccmuser login screen again.
