SRST Administration Guide will help you with your SRST configuration:

Besides the SRST configuration in your router, you have to create an SRST Reference in your CUCM and assign it to the device pool of your remote IP Phones.

THe requirements for SRST are simple. SRST should work in autonomous world without CUCM in H323 mode.
