Cannot Access LMS3.1 Login Page

Hi,

I'm having problem accessing ciscoworks lms3.1 login page. My client PC already suitable to client requirements but still i cannot access the login web page. Attached is the sample web page when I try to access ciscoworks lms 3.1 .Any help is much appreciated!

Do you get an http error ? Can you attach the output of pdshow and netstat -a -n. Is this a new install ?
