Can exist simultaneous Site-to-site Vpn and Remote Access on the same ASA ?

I have a remote access vpn configured on my ASA 5520 and now I need a Lan-to-Lan vpn, can exist a Site-to-site Vpn and a Remote Access together on the same ASA?

Does anybody have a sample configuration of this mix vpn access? Thanks

Yes.

You can use the sample config for both from Cisco. No special trick.

Just FYI, there are also a some sample configs for adding VPN functionality to existing VPN setups on the PIX/ASA or router, such as this one.
