Hi,

I'm trying to enable the customer admin on the CUE web gui. But i get Login failed. I've checked that the customer admin is on both CUE gui and under telephony service. What am I missing???

Thanks

Eivind

This is actually a CME customer admin.  See if you can login with this on the CME page.

I can't use it on my system with CUE, but can with CME.  I am looking to see if this is the way it was designed.

Try the following line on the CME.

ip http path flash:/gui

If that doesn't work for you, send a running config (of both the CME and CUE) and a dir flash: on the CME.

Steven,

There's no problem logging in with the system admin, it's the customer admin i'm having trouble with. Created the customer admin from "configure" and "system parameters" in the web GUI

Thanks,

Eivind

I believe that you are going about this the wrong way.  To get an admin user on the system, you can create a new user or use an existing user and make them a member of the Administrators group.  The customer can then login using that user's name and password and will have administrator privileges on the web page.

Skyler,

I´m not trying to add another administrator. My thougths was that I hoped that there was a built-in customer admin which had some, but not all rights to the web gui.

Thanks

Eivind

Eivind,

Each user can connect to the same URL (CUE IP) and use their CCA username password to affect a subset of the features that can be controlled by the admin.

Thanks,

Marcos

Steven,

I guess this is as close as I can get with a customer built-in admin.

Thanks,
