When use router SDM to create QoS policy-map, where to select "input" or "output" when apply the policy to an interface?
Is serial interface' default queuing method WFQ or FIFO? Can I see that in SDM?

In the CLI, you select input or output for a policy when you apply it to the interface, like
'service-policy output OutputPolicy' so I'd guess SDM has it *somewhere* under interface configuration.
Serial interfaces le 2Mbps use WFQ by default.

Do you yourself a favor, stop using SDM.
That will allow you to:
1. do more things
