My understanding is that calls to the Business Attendant Console ring at the Console PC and not at the operator's phone. I think it is not possible to answer the call without first selecting it on the PC. If the operator is not using their PC for a while and their keyboard locks then the operator needs to first unlock their keyboard before they can answer the call. Is it possible to configure the Business Attendant console so that it auto-delivers calls to the operator phone. This would allow the operator to answer calls when their keyboard is locked or when they are away from the desk (via wireless headset)
I know this is possible with the Enterprise console and want to do the same with the Business Attendant Console if possible.
