CCA 2.0(1) stuck in Telephone Setup Wizard

Hello,


I recently upgraded my uc520 with the new software UC520-7.0.3.

I did that with the new cca 2.0(1)

Everything went fine.


But after the upgrade, i cannot use the Telephony Wizard.

The progress bar gets stuck at 95%.

I read that this should be fixed in the cca release 2.0(1), but it is still not working.


Is there  a workaround or a fix for this?

I installed the whole software pack again and now it works fine!

Glad to hear the good news. If you still have access, could you unicast me the CCA troubleshooting logs for when your TSW got stuck at 95%? Procedure is below.

Or if you don't have access to UC500, Application logs can be retrieved from:

C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\CiscoSMB\Cisco Configuration Assistant\Application_Logxxx
