SPiceworks is intregated of Of other services like Inventory and others but i am looking only helpdesk where users login their user name in web based system and problem entry and Helpdesk admin see all problem and assign engineer.

but Spice work softwer all user create in Admin group and Report group so how client user input data.

Like as example in Cisco website has option TAC option where end user login and send their problem and from sisco helpdesk answer comes their mail address like that.

In spice work only useful to track helpdesk admin for call entry .

so have any other option in licensed software like that, if its good then I run demo version then buy the software.
