I am using Agent email with UCCX 7.

Does anyone know how to set up the templates for automatic responses and for agents to use?


I have this problem too.

This is done within the Desktop Administrator interface.


Automatic responses are configured within the email CSQ. This is Agent Email Settings > Contact Service Queue Settings from the left menu tree. Choose the CSQ, select "Send automatic response" and provide the URI of the template you want to use.

Responses available to the agent are configured under Agent Email Settings > Templates.
