Trying to add end user to groups and getting error

Am trying to add an end user to some groups in CallManager and am getting the error message:

Update failed. java.sql.SQLException: Could not position within a table (informix.enduser).

Any ideas??

I ran into similar issues. I was able to get around it by logging into ccmadmin under the administrator account.

I had the exact same issue running System version: 6.1.2.1118-1.

I was able to get around it by logging in with the ccmadmin account - thanks for the useful post!!
