Line Groups, Hunt Groups, and Fast Busy Signals

I have a line group with 15 members. When calls are sent to this Hunt Group, about halfway through the list of extensions callers are getting a fast busy signal. What could be causing this?

I have this problem too.

You must create a user with id 'ac' from the CallManager user administration page, and associate all pilot points and attendant phones with this user. Make sure that this user has 'Enable CTI Application Use' checked. The default password for this user should be 12345.

You are probably reaching the RNA Reversion Timeout on the Hunt Group and have invalid Hunt Forward Settings on the Hunt Pilot.

Or

Your your Hunt Options on the Hunt Group are set wrong. The most common/default settings is "Try next member; then, try next group in Hunt List"
