route pattern

hi friends,

i facing one problem in cisco call manager 6.1

i am not able to dial 101 it is toll free number of one of my ISP (etisalat)

but my pri line is from other isp (du)

but i am able to call 181 but not 101 ..

it is giving encaged tone .i used this patern 9.1xx

so plz help on this

Hi,

Can you give us the full route pattern - I assume there are more numbers that come after the 181 and they will all need to be put in the route pattern.

It'll be good for us to know whether the route pattern points to a route-list or straight to a gateway.

Either way, it'd be good to have a "debug ISDN q931" on the gateway to know if anything is being to the PSTN or not?
