I have an old PIX 501 with PIX OS 6.3
Is that any limitation when statically translate UDP ports, right now I'm doing IP-to-IP NAT but only some ports are opened.
Any suggestions?

There is no restriction. If you want to do static PAT then, there is no range option. You just have to add as many lines as the numbers of ports that you need translated.
