Collector status in IPM showing source not responding

Hi,

I am configuring IPM feature in CWLMS.

During configuration of collector in IPM, I am getting the error that source is not responding. whereas I am able to reach the targets from the source through PING response.

The screenshot indicates "duplicate collectors". It doesn't illustrate the issue you describe.

If IPM is reporting "source is not responding", that's a communication issue from LMS/IPM to the source, notwithstanding the ability of targets to ping the source. Does IPM have the snmpset community string of the source in question?
