Hello I have the next Interactions and Restrictions

"Mobile Connect features are not supported for T1 CAS, FXO, FXS and BRI."

But I have E1 R2 , can I configured this feature mva with E1 R2?

Check if you can have Mobile Connect working with the GW in H.323 mode. If it can, it will not even know you've E1 R2.

Cisco Does Not support Mobile Connect over T1-CAS, FXO and E1 R2. as per cisco CUCM 7.x SRND:

"Mobile Voice Access and Enterprise Feature Access are supported for all incoming PSTN devices capable of sending DTMF digits. Cisco Unified IP Phone support for these features is the same as for Mobile Connect "

(i did not test MVA over E1 R2 , i tested Mobile Connect and it was not working)
