How many clients are affected? Are the affected clients associate/authenticate to ALL your AP's or just one in general?

Console into your AP in question and check the logs. If you can't console in, you can debug into the LAP by CLI into the WLC and perform the following commands:

1. config ap debug enable

2. config ap debug command "enter command here in between the quotes"

When you are done, don't forget to disable the debug.

3. config ap debug disable

Hope this helps.

NOTE: Thanks to Edison Ortiz for the debug stuff! :)

Hi Leo Laohoo, thanks for your help.

I have 12 APs, some have around 30 Clients others 6 Clients, but when I have problem afect all the Clients in all the APs. The Controller have 2 Interfaces in LAG, and I have 12 WLANs with the proper ID and proper virtual interface. All WLANs are in the same group and all APs are broadcasting all SSID.

Thanks.

What about event logs from the APs?

I will get it and tomorrow I tell you the results.

Thanks a lot.
