Change dial timeout

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to change the delay in which the phones revert back to the main screen when dialing.

In CCA 2.0 or above, you can change the interdigit timeout by going to Configure > Telephony > Dial Plan Outgoing > Digit Collection Timeout. When the timer expires, users will hear a fast busy tone. They can then hang up the handset or press End call softkey to revert to main screen. If they are doing on-hook dialing they can also press "Cancel" softkey to revert back to main screen.

Be sure to select "Save Configuration" when ayou re sure you have the correct setting applied.
