We have a customer who is running CM 6.1.3 with a 6509 CMM gateway. Sometimes, the participants will all hear a fast busy when one or more of the other callers disconnects. This sounds like disconnect supervision is failing during this one particular Meet-me conference. It has happened on more than one occasion and with difference callers. Because of this, the remaining participants will have to call in again to continue with the conference. Any help would be appreciated.
