Subscriber add error in CUCM 7.0 Cluster

Hi,

I have configured Publisher & added node licenses & phone licenses. But when I am going to add a subscriber, it first check connectivity validation & shows error. after that it gives a message that, My publisher server is not the forst node of the clusrer. All of my network connectivity is ok.

Pls. help me, how to add subscriber / solve it?

Reset the security password to something simple like 12345 after we need to reboot the Publisher.
