Adjusting the Forward all CSS using BAT

I uploaded phones to CCM using BAT. after adding them I found that I did not add the CSS for forward All. and the users have different CSS and I need the same CSS assigned to the line to be assigned to the Forward all CSS.

one more thing I need to add voice mail profile for all users and add the features forward no answer to all phones to be forwarded to voice mail
