Running Unity 4.0(2) with CCM 3.3(2). Users have been complaining about no MWI light when they actually have messages. I
have had problems in the past where the MWI light was lit on their phones, but they did not have messages, but it was not messages without a MWI light.
Has anyone ran across this before and corrected it?

Thanks for the link, the document is very
good. The configuration of the MWI is fine. I verified this by dialing the
extension for on and off and they work
as they are supposed to.
For some reason this occurs very intermittently and not always the same extensions. Most of the time it works
fine.
