Performed a successful upgrade to UCM 7.12, and the active partition is 7.1.2, but inactive is older 7.0.2.
Is there a CLI that will copy active to inactive? Or a procedure? thx

This is normal.
Next time you upgrade 7.1.2 to an ES or major release, current 7.1.2 on active partition will become the inactive partition.
Inactive partition will have the most recent version you were running before upgrading.
