SFTP Archiving issue

I had set up a clients MARS to use SFTP archiving to a windows server. However, I found out from them that the SFTP server software was using a high amount of CPU resources on the server. A co-worker changed the SFTP server software and now the MARS will not connect to the SFTP server. He said it looks like the MARS will not accept the new SFTP server's SSH key. Is there a way to clear the old SFTP servers SSH key from the MARS?

The license key is cleared during the reset process. You must provide this license key during the initial configuration following a reset operation, and it is not restored as part of archived data. This caution does not apply to pnreset when used with one of the options.

I had to contact TAC to fix this issue. They had to go into the backend of the MARS to clear the SSH key out of the old SFTP server.
