Are the server specs listed anywhere? I know HD space requirements are based on the number of calls, length, etc....im looking more for CPU and Memory. Would an older 7825 server do from a CM4.x upgrade? Does it have to be an MCS server, or can it be virtualized?

Cisco MCS Server is not a mandatory requirement for Cisco QM. You may use the any other server with the specs defined in the document link below, depending whether you are using Endpoint recording or Server-Based Recording.
