I read the guide and found that, the rogue detector need to use trunk link connect to switch, does it means we need to change the native vlan respectively (vlan 1 won't be use in normal situation) and is there any special configuration need to do at rogue detector?

the native vlan has to be the same that your management interface is in. You will then need to make sure that the controller is able to see the wired networks that the "on-wire" rogues could potentially be connected to.
