would like to know if it is possible to use Unity connection as single mailbox solution for both Mobile and IP corporate users.
The central IPT Callmanager would be connected to the mobile operator network through an IP Trunk connection and the customer expects to have the same voicemail for mobile and IP phone users.
Is there any way to configure Unity Cnx so that is able to identify the CLI or the RDNIS from a call that is diverted from a mobile device towards the voicemail using the alternate extension attribute associated with the particular subscriber, or making any digit transformation to appear as the regular extension or something like that?
Have you see this kind of integration before? Any potential issue?
