As you'll see the system recognize "C2600 platform with 262144 Kbytes of main memory" but when I show the version I get "cisco 2651XM (MPC860P) processor (revision 0x400) with 124928K/6144K bytes of memory."
In case I have to install an IOS that require more than 128 MB ram is my router able to support it?
Thank you.

Your ROMmon is correct 12.2(8r). However, your IOS is old. You will not be able to use memory greater than 128MB because of your installed IOS. You need to upgrade to IOS higher than 12.3T to be able to show 256MB in the "show version" output and also use it.

I upgraded the IOS to 12.3(26) but still I don't see the entire memory with the command sh ver.
I can't understand that because on another 2651xm I can show the memory even if the IOS is older then mine. This the output
