I have two switch SW1 and SW2 .

SW1 managment ip-10.129.112.41

SW2 Managment IP-10.129.112.42

Both SW1 and SW2 are interconnect to eachother through trunk.

Terminal(PC) 1 is connected with sw1 .

PC1 ip is 10.129.113.44.

i want to communicate PC1 with SW2.

PC1- should be Telnet/ping to SW1.

PC1- should be Telnet/ping to SW1.

Please tell me this can be possible or not.if yes HOW.........?

If PC1 is in the same subnet/vlan as SW1 & SW2 management IP addresses then you can ping/telnet. If it is in a different subnet then you cannot do this without a L3 device to route between the 2 vlans.

As you don't give the subnet masks it is not possible to say for sure whether SW1/SW2 are in different vlans/subnets than PC1.

2900 series is a pure layer 2 switch.

Or you'll assign a port in the same vlan as the switch_management vlan

Or add a L3 capable device

SW1 managment ip-10.129.112.41 255.255.255.224

SW2 Managment IP-10.129.112.42 255.255.255.224

PC1-10.129.113.44 255.255.255.128

Tnx Boss

let me try

If your trying to reach the management of the sw's from PC1, that will not work, w/o layer 3, they are not in the same subnet.
