Has anyone worked with this particular solution? I know that it overlaps with SNR in CUCM to a certain degree and with the Black berry MVS solution there are definite similarities however I am particularly interested in the caveats of this solution. It doesn't have all the features of presence like CUMA, one join notification to conferencing, call log integration etc. It only works with Sprint cell phones of course.
I want to understand if we have had any good/bad experiences with this integration. The second link describes it a bit better and mentions all the features it supports. Has anyone actually had a client deploy/considered this and if so what has been the feed back?
