CiscoWorks has high I/O writes to LUN

We have LMS2.6 and CiscoWorks has been put into a virtual environment.

We hare seein a high number of I/O write to the disk and the server is sluggish.

Are there some things to look for that could be causing the high number of I/O writes like this?

It seem that al of the module aquisitions have been staggard so that they are not happening at the same time, but could debugging be on somewhere?

The minimal version of LMS that supports virtualization is 3.0.

Any idea how much is the average I/O for version 3.2 on a VM
?

I am not able to find a document on Cisco website to find this information.
